Accessibility statement, candidate service

This accessibility statement applies to the service intended for candidates and individuals who have completed the Matriculation Examination: https://kokelas.ylioppilastutkinto.fi.

The service is subject to the Act on the Provision of Digital Services, which requires public online services to be accessible.

The service partially meets the accessibility requirements. We have assessed the accessibility of the service ourselves. Deviations from the accessibility requirements are described in more detail below.

Non-accessible content

On the form for ordering a transcript copy or a certified translation of a certificate, some field labels do not function entirely as expected. (3.3.2 Labels or Instructions, 2.4.6 Headings and Labels)

Supervisory authority

If you notice accessibility issues on the website, please first provide feedback to us, i.e. the site administrator. A response may take up to 14 days. If you are not satisfied with the response you receive or if you do not receive a response within two weeks, you may submit a complaint to the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom.
